How to Measure for Size
With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back, directly below neck, across shoulder and elbow to wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length.
Take a shirt that fits you well, lay collar flat and measure from the center of the collar buttonhole to the far end of the button.
(Use for suit or jacket size) Measure while wearing a shirt. Measure total inches around chest. Tape should be up under arms and straight across the shoulder blades.
Measure around waist over a shirt at point where slacks are normally worn.
Take a pair of well-fitting slacks that are similar in style. Lay them flat across a hard surface or table. Measure from the crotch to the bottom of slacks along the seam.
