Exchanges or refunds are gladly accepted within 30 DAYS. Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit or denied if prior arrangements are not made.

All returns/exchanges MUST include original labels and wrappers. Opened socks and underwear are NOT returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

Merchandise that has been Altered, Stained, or Worn - MAY NOT BE RETURNED!

The return/exchange form must be filled out completely. All shipping charges and insurance will be prepaid by the customer and will not be refunded unless we made a mistake with your order. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted for any reason.

No credit will be issued on merchandise that has been altered, stained, damaged, washed, dry cleaned or showing signs of wear for any reason. Your order has been inspected for defects. Kaufman’s takes pride in the merchandise we sell and we make sure your order is free of defects.

Some orders may be delayed due to credit card verification and processing. This is beyond our control.
