All returns/exchanges
must be sent to the following address:

- Exchanges
or refunds are gladly accepted within 30 DAYS. Returns after 30 days
will be issued a store credit or denied if prior arrangements are not made.
- All returns/exchanges
MUST include original labels and wrappers. Opened socks and underwear
are NOT returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Merchandise that
has been Altered, Stained, or Worn - CAN NOT BE RETURNED!
- The return/exchange
form must be filled out completely. All shipping charges and insurance
will be prepaid by the customer and will not be refunded unless we made a
mistake with your order. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted for any reason.
- No credit
will be issued on merchandise that has been altered, stained, damaged, washed,
dry cleaned or showing signs of wear for any reason. Your order has been
inspected for defects. Kaufman’s takes pride in the merchandise we sell and
we make sure your order is free of defects.
- Some orders may
be delayed due to credit card verification and processing. This is beyond
our control. Your order may have shipped from multiple locations, if so, please
note that you will only be charged the shipping amount on your order.

Kaufmans.com is proud
to offer Federal Express as its preferred
method of shipping. All orders are sent via Fed-Ex Ground as a standard. We
do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or any Foreign addresses.
Shipping prices vary
based on location, the weight of the package, and the shipping method you choose
(Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight). Please note that orders placed after 12 Noon Mountain Time on Friday thru Sunday (and on holidays) will not ship until the next business day. NOTE: Fed-Ex Home Delivery (Ground) is the most economical method of shipping, but can take up to 10 business days in some areas (especially rural residences) to arrive.
